Exceptionally efficient
We recently installed this Midea 115V unit in our municipal department's main records office, and it has been a total lifesaver for our staff. Because we operate out of an older government building, retrofitting a 220V line would have required a massive, expensive electrical upgrade and a lengthy bureaucratic approval process, but this 115V model hooked right up to our existing infrastructure without a hitch. The room is about 300 square feet and used to get incredibly stuffy, but this unit cools it down in minutes and runs so quietly that we can easily take phone calls and hold meetings right underneath it. It has kept the office perfectly comfortable through both hot and freezing days, all while keeping our energy draw low enough to stay well within our quarterly utility budget.
