Finally, Real Heat and Cold
Living just outside of Durham, we have those long, sticky North Carolina summers and winters that, while not brutally cold, still deliver enough chilly days to make heating a concern. Our old central HVAC was a money pit—it was either ice cold in one room or stifling in another, and the humidity control was non-existent. The TOSOT 4-Zone 21 SEER Hyper Heat system turned out to be the perfect solution for our climate. We had it installed to manage the temperature in our main floor living area, the master bedroom over the garage, and two sun-facing rooms that always overheated. The difference this unit made in the summer was immediate and astonishing. Durham summers are known for being hot and muggy (highs around $90^\circ\text{F}$ with high dew points), and this system handles the humidity beautifully. It’s not just cool air; it's dry, comfortable air. The 21 SEER efficiency rating isn't just a number—my AC bill during the summer was noticeably lower than the quotes I got for a new central system.
