"Having installed a couple of mini split a/c units before, I had no issues with this unit. The price was comparable to other suppliers. My only issue was that I was told that I needed to purchase the upgraded curbside delivery since I did not have a forklift and the unit was shipped palletized. It was delivered via a van, was not palletized and came as two separate boxed units. It did not require a forklift and was easily off-loaded by hand. Other than that, a good experience. The 4 out of 5 rating is because of the misleading delivery information and not the product as it is working as desired." James Strawn - Saturday, June 4, 2022
