This is an outstanding product at a reasonable price.

Quiet. Quiet quiet!!

My old system finally died at 10 years old. So I purchased this Midea mini split system. Easy installation, It was a great investment.

Midea stands behind their product. The most important part of any hvac system is proper installation. My Midea is quiet and performs flawlessly. Unit is working great in all modes heat and cold.

Mideas is my favorite brand for heat pump installation. Good price but the last order one indoor unit don't work for heat. Always forget the logos for indoor units and the outdoor units. Basically my costumer has a unit without brand. Minisplit Wharehouse is quick to delivery orders A

I am so glad I went with the Midea multi-zone mini split system. It's been a great investment for my home, and the performance has been outstanding. The quality of the units themselves feels solid, and everything arrived without damage. I had a very positive experience with the delivery and communication from the company. The installation was straightforward for my HVAC technician, especially since the pre-wired option saved them a lot of time. It has kept every room comfortable and has proven to be a reliable and powerful heat pump.

I've used it now for six months so both heating and cooling are great.

I lost my home to a fire and decided to fulfill my dream of building a log home. After doing some research I decided to go with a multi zone mini split to save myself the hassle and eye sore of duct work. I live in Maine so heating range was very important to me and the Midea system has done everything I want and more. I opted for the pre-wire option because I couldn't find an installer near me that was experienced with mini splits and what a time saver. My hvac tech told me that he would have spent an hour staring at the manual trying to figure it out if not for it being pre-wired. They even put labels in my indoor units so my installer knew exactly what wires needed to go where. Amazing experience and I will definitely be buying from them again if the need arises. Sending all my friends here and my installer said he would recommend minisplitwarehouse.com to his customers. Thank you guys so much for everything!!

Dual Midea unit has run great for two years. Installer did a great job. Average summer temperature in SC is 90 degrees. It keeps up great.

I had a York Air conditioner for 8 years with no problems. I replaced it with a 16 seer heat pump to supplement my oil heat. It has worked out very well past winter. I saved several hundred dollars in heating bills.

This midea multi-zone system keeps every room perfectly comfortable in freezing weather while running so quietly you'll forget it's even on.

I live in Montreal Canada. Here, the winters are cold and the summers are hot and humid. I didn't know much about Midea heat pumps until my old Rheem heat pump broke down and I started to search for a new replacement heat pump. I purchased a Midea heat pump because of the Midea lifetime manufactures warranty on the scroll compressor. It's been two years since I purchased my Midea heat pump and it's been working great, without any problems.

I live in a two-story home that’s always been a challenge to heat and cool properly. The upstairs was constantly warmer than downstairs, no matter what we tried with fans or old wall units. After doing a ton of research, I went with the Custom Built Multi Zone Ductless Mini Split System, and I genuinely wish I’d done it years ago. What made this system perfect for my home is how customizable it is. I was able to choose different BTU levels for each room—larger units for the open living room and kitchen downstairs, and slightly smaller ones for the upstairs bedrooms. The system allowed me to mix wall-mounted and ceiling cassette units, which helped keep the aesthetics clean while maximizing airflow where I needed it most. All in all, this was a smart investment for our two-story setup. It gave me control, efficiency, and finally a consistent comfort level throughout the whole house.

Shipping cartons were great, no damage, good quality parts, very quiet and looks good.

Their communication was constant and the delivery company are friendly and professional.

The systems showed up quick and packaged well. Your sales team made the purchases easy and was very helpful.

I couldn’t be happier with my custom multi-zone ductless mini split system. It delivers perfect comfort in every room, all from one efficient outdoor unit. I love being able to set each zone to its own temperature—cooler in the bedroom, warmer in the living area—without wasting energy. The system runs whisper-quiet, both indoors and out, and the inverter technology keeps the temperature steady without big fluctuations. Installation was smooth, the indoor units look sleek, and the performance has been flawless from day one. My home feels fresher, more comfortable, and much more energy-efficient. Honestly, it’s one of the best upgrades I’ve ever made to my house.

The outer shell of the outside unit was damaged with a forklift. The louvers to indoor unit are a bit flimsy and one was broken upon unpacking. System seems to be working ok.
