This is a great unit, the A/C is ice cold, and the heat works great as well. With a 60,000 BTU, my shop cools down or heats up in no time. Interior and exterior units are both extremely quiet. I highly recommend.

I used to know exactly when my AC was running because my windows would rattle and the lights would flicker. After swapping to this Cooper & Hunter 60k BTU beast, the house has gone eerily silent. High-end gallery comfort on a beer budget. My electric meter has finally stopped spinning like a ceiling fan. 10/10, would buy the silence again. It feels less like a machine and more like a climate-controlled atmosphere that just exists.

We purchased 2 of these complete systems for our bussines. They are amazing. I worked closely with Mini Split Warehouse tech support to get the optimal size and then we went one size over. I would rather have too much and never need it than not enough and have to do it over later. Zero issues during install and start up. It all simply works and works well.

On hot days the unit cooled the space noticeably faster than the old system, and once at set-point it held steady. Because it's a ducted central style, the cooling felt more even throughout the house. The indoor unit is relatively quiet (you don’t hear it “thumping” when it cycles). The outdoor unit also runs smoother and more quietly than our old system. Great capacity: The 60,000 BTU size means it handles larger spaces without over-straining.

I opted for professional installation, electrical connections, and refrigerant lines. One thing I will say: Make sure you have enough space for the outdoor unit—it’s a beast. But once installed, it runs surprisingly quiet, which was a relief. With a 17 SEER rating, this system runs way more efficiently than my old unit. the long-term comfort, performance, and energy savings make it more than worth it.

I ordered a complete split system, all arrived on time and in very good condition. This has been the best experience ever and I know will be going back here to get all my heating and air conditioning needs. For the past five years, I have suffered a lot from old air conditioners and heaters. I paid close to $1,000 for repairs every year. Summer and winter are fun now. I don't have any worries. It's cool and warm enough for 2,250 sf. The electricity bill is also low, and the installation can be done by yourself.

We recently had our AC fan go out and have been wanting to transition to a mini-split. We still had our fan repaired but installed this as well and I can tell you we have never had our house this cool before. In comparison to the central ac unit both set at 80 degrees the difference is night and day. We live in the south Texas heat by the way. We will never need to turn on our old ac again.
