"I bought a pair of these with wifi connectivity for an airbnb rental house. The house has two cassette units mounted in the attic. The thermostats are easy to install and program. The seem to work well. My only complaint is the app for my phone. It does operate the controls as advertised. My only complaint is that the temperature display in the app only shows the temp at the cassette unit in the attic instead of at the thermostats in the house. You can't verify that "follow me" function is active and or that the inside temperature is at or near the set point. Outside of this, the controls on my phone work quickly to change mode and set temperature. I just have to trust that a customer doesn't deactivate the follow me function and cause problems."
