"This is where the Everwell truly shines. The 36,000 BTUs easily handle my entire downstairs area (roughly 1,600 sq. ft.), which my old central AC used to struggle with. The unit arrived well-packaged. While I had a professional HVAC technician handle the final hookup and vacuum, the fact that it included the wall-mount indoor unit, the outdoor condenser, and the 10-foot installation kit made the process straightforward. The condenser unit felt solid, and I appreciate the Gold Fin coating on the coils it gives me peace of mind knowing the unit is protected against corrosion, especially since I live in a humid area. The included Wi-Fi connectivity has been a game-changer. Being able to adjust the temperature, set the 24-hour Timer, or switch to Eco Mode right from my phone before I even get home is a huge convenience. The remote has all the necessary functions like Vertical Auto Swing and the Sleep Mode is fantastic for nighttime. Most importantly, the unit is incredibly quiet, living up to the promise of "noiseless technology." I barely notice it's running." Rodney K. Eichelberger - Tuesday, October 7, 2025
