Installed the system in June of 2023. I bought this system for the bedroom and living room due to my wife having hot flashes (Happy Wife Happy LIFE). The electric bill savings paid for this system within 9 months. System must be maintained, clean filter monthly, do not skip, clean evaporator coils every 6 months for best performance. Just a personal recommendation. 1.5 years of savings and no issues.

We have never had air before as we have a boiler. Very easy install...with the help of a friend! The units are very efficient. I really like that you can have multiple isolated areas on the same unit.

This split system keeps up with the hat outside temps here in Kentucky. It is a lot cheaper to run than and Air conditioner. I would have gotten one sooner if i knew how it reduced my electric bill. I recommend professional installation though. The units are heavy enough to require two people to mount them.

There are lots of options when it comes to mini-splits. But after spending time talking with experts, it became clear that this was the system we needed. The system came with multiple heads and you can select options like ceiling mount or wall mount. It has the ability to heat in extremely cold weather. The kicker was - the price was great! We will buy Olmo again for our next cabin!

Ordered this Olmo multi-zone for our place, lured by the promise of tailored cooling. Four zones felt ambitious, and the install by Mateo was... an event. This Olmo system is smart, offering a level of customized comfort our old setup couldn't dream of. But it's not effortless. It demands attention, a bit of patience, and maybe a willingness to occasionally call Mateo back for a tweak. Worth it for the tailored comfort? Mostly, yes. Just know it's a more… involved relationship than a simple on/off switch.
