"We ordered the dual zone mini-split for our 780 sf garage that also has over 20 ft ceilings that are not insulated. We have had both units set at 73 degrees since they were installed and they are working beautifully! Outside temps have been 85 to 95 and the garage feels great! It is also very quiet! "I recently took the plunge and upgraded my home's climate control with the TCL 2-Zone Mini-Split Heat Pump, and honestly, it's been a game-changer. Living in a house with distinct temperature preferences between the living area and the bedroom was always a balancing act. With independent controls for each indoor unit, I can now keep my living room perfectly cool during the day, even when the sun is blazing, while maintaining a slightly warmer, cozy temperature in the bedroom for winding down in the evening. The inverter technology really seems to work its magic, keeping the temperature stable without constant power spikes. My only minor quibble, and it's truly minor, is that the indoor units, while sleek, are still visible on the wall. "I knew better than to try and DIY this. I called in the pros, and thank goodness I did. These guys were like HVAC ninjas. They showed up on time, got to work immediately, and explained everything in a way that even I could understand. Watching them maneuver the lines and mount the indoor units was like watching a well-choreographed dance. It took a solid day, but they left everything clean and ready to go. Remember those window units that sounded like a jet engine taking off? Yeah, those are a distant, horrible memory. This TCL is whisper-quiet. I mean, whisper.
