Easier to install than expected. Didn't run into any problems during the install. Not sure if got lucky or they fixed the issues I read others had or it was an install error that caused them. But I didn't experience any of them and the system has been performing flawless and better than expected since the install.

This unit has 3 zones. Everything connected and worked as described. It is amazingly quiet inside and outside. It keeps our tiny home cool and comfortable. It’s been running since March of 2023. No problems. We are getting another to replace the unit in our other home.I haven’t had to run the heater yet. I will let you know.

Now, each of our main areas has perfect temperature. It cools down the humidity really well and takes the edge off those cooler evenings too. Plus, it's so quiet! I'm also hoping it saves us some money on electricity since we're only cooling/heating what we need. All in all, it’s reliable, efficient, and quiet—exactly what I needed. Would buy it again.

The outdoor unit is a beast (get help moving it!), but once it’s bolted down, you forget it’s there. For the price, the build quality feels premium—matte finishes, snappy response times, and genuine heat even when it’s frosty outside. It’s easily the best bang-for-your-buck upgrade I’ve done.

I have two other mini splits that cost way more and have fewer features. This unit is fantastic. This was easy to install with my brothers help who happens to be a technician and comes with all the bells and whistles. I would buy again when I need another one. Plus I did have to call customer service regarding delivery issues, but they were fantastic and helped solve the problem right away to get me my unit.

Only had it for a week, so can't comment on reliability yet, but quality wise the units seem very well built. I installed the unit myself. (first time A/C install). I'm an engineer.
