Customer Reviews
(write review)an excellent investment.
"The buying process was surprisingly straightforward. I loved the ability to customize my system right on the website. I chose a 9,000 BTU unit for the master bedroom, a 12,000 BTU for the living area, and another 9,000 BTU for the home office. It felt good to know I was sizing each unit specifically for the space, instead of just a one-size-fits-all approach. I also appreciated being able to pick the right length of copper lineset and a mounting bracket, so I had everything I needed for the installation. Once it arrived, the packaging was well-organized, with each indoor unit and the large outdoor compressor in their own boxes. The indoor units are sleek and modern, and they blend in nicely. But the real magic is in the performance. The outdoor unit is a workhorse, but you barely hear it. The indoor units are even quieter I sometimes have to check the display to make sure they're actually on. The only downside, as with any major home improvement, is the initial installation. It's not a small task, but for a professional or a very capable DIYer, it's definitely manageable." Simon Parker - Wednesday, September 17, 2025
