    "From the moment it arrived, I was impressed by how compact and sleek the cassette indoor unit looked. The grille is subtle and blends nicely into the ceiling without being too obtrusive. The outdoor unit also felt well built. The installer told me that this model comes with many extras built in: a built-in drain pump, humidity sensor, refrigerant leak sensor, self-cleaning function, built-in circuit breaker, etc. Those features made me feel like I was getting a fairly premium cassette unit. If I were to sum it up in one sentence: installing this cassette mini split was one of the better upgrades I ve done for my comfort.
