"The indoor unit feels more like a statement piece than a hidden appliance sleek enough for a ceiling mount, solid enough to sit low on a wall. I liked the clean lines, the neutral finish, and the fact that it hides smart touches like humidity and refrigerant sensors. The outdoor unit is bulkier, built with that no-nonsense industrial look, but the gold-coated coils and rugged casing give it a durable edge.
