    Cool & quiet enough for the call floor 5 product stars
    "We put this 24k BTU ceiling cassette in our call center, and it s been a solid upgrade. The 4-way airflow keeps the whole floor comfortable, even with dozens of computers and people running all day. Staff like that the unit is recessed in the ceiling no bulky wall mounts and no cold blasts directly in their faces. Noise is low on normal settings and blends into the background, though at max output it can hum a bit. Installation was trickier than a wall unit ceiling work, drains, and access all took coordination but once it was in, it blended right in. Overall, it keeps our team cool, looks professional, and runs efficiently. Just plan the install carefully and maintenance after hours." Ambrose Holloway - Tuesday, September 23, 2025
