"Living in the city means space is always at a premium, and comfort can be tricky when summers get hot and winters feel damp. Installing the Norton 24,000 BTU ducted mini-split in my apartment turned out to be a game changer. The ducted setup fit nicely into the layout without eating up valuable space, and it distributes air evenly through the rooms instead of blasting from just one wall unit. Cooling performance in the summer has been excellent my place stays consistently comfortable without big swings in temperature. The only challenge was installation; fitting ductwork into an older apartment building wasn t simple and added to the cost. But once it was done, the difference was night and day.
