"The unit itself is incredibly sleek. The matte finish on the indoor wall unit is a huge aesthetic upgrade from the bulky, glossy units I ve seen before it blends seamlessly into the wall. The included 16-foot installation kit was a great starting point for my HVAC professional. The features are what truly elevate this system. The built-in Wi-Fi control is a lifesaver. Being able to adjust the temperature from my phone before I get home, or simply using Google/Alexa voice commands, makes daily life so much easier. I also appreciate the "set it and forget it" functions like the Comfortable Sleep Mode and the Follow Me function, which uses a sensor in the remote to ensure the temperature is perfect right where I am.
