"I m used to heat pumps getting "anemic" when the frost hits. Last February, we had a week of brutal, bone-chilling wind. This thing blew air that was legitimately hot not just "lukewarm-ish" within about three minutes of turning it on. The indoor unit looks like something you d see in a high-end European office. It s got a heavy, "metal-and-solid-poly" feel to it. Despite that industrial look, it s whisper-quiet. I actually have it installed right above my workstation, and I ve never had to mute myself on a Zoom call because of it. Don't skimp on the drainage. Because this unit can be oriented two different ways, the condensate drain setup is specific. Make sure your installer understands the gravity-fed path for the ceiling orientation." Derek G.
