You can control this system with the included remote, the SmartHVAC app, or your Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. "Once everything was connected, the moment of truth arrived. I flipped the breaker, and... silence. Then, a gentle whir, and cool air started flowing. Man, that 24,000 BTU unit packs a punch! It cooled my large living room down in no time. The unit itself is relatively quiet, especially on the lower fan settings. The remote is simple to use, and the various modes (auto, cool, heat, dehumidify) are all functional. I like the sleep function, which gradually adjusts the temperature overnight.
