Very happy with it

"Was very happy with this system. It seems to product cool air out of nothing, given its low power input. Two suggestions I would have. First, that the wall unit attachment points seem to put a fair amount of weight on sheetrock (that bracket is not stiff, so you can not just put screws to the locations of the studs and expect it to hold). And due to the spacing you can not hit a stud on both points of attachment (neither with 24 or 16 spacing). We mounted a 1x14 to the drywall and mounted the indoor unit to that and this was very sturdy and no fear of the unit pulling out a drywall anchor. Second, as the first time doing this job I wish I had payed more attention to the line-sets. They (all line-sets, not just this unit) crimp super easily and it is best to run them downhill so that they slope down to the outside unit. Next time I will buy the tool to bend the line sets and be prepared to bend them more smoothly. But it is a great unit and I would definitely buy it again." Brian Johnson - Thursday, August 28, 2025

"For the price, it's a decent unit. It does what it's supposed to do, and the energy efficiency is a plus. The Wi-Fi control is handy.
