These do it yourself mini split ac systems are pre-charged and still require an electrician to provide the outdoor power source, and in most cases still require local permits.
The Perfect Aire DIY quick connect line sets and wires are pre-attached to the indoor units, vacuumed down and ready to connect to the outdoor unit. The MrCool DIY quick connects are not pre-connected to the indoor unit.
The indoor unit may still require a drain line, and you still need an outdoor mounting pad/bracket, line covers, and other accessories not included with the package. Please see our DIY mini split accessories page.
